The electric upsetters by FTB are designed based on the criteria of solidity, versatility and constant research aimed at achieving maximum heating power with minimum energy consumption.

Construction solutions:

• Electric upsetter, horizontal or vertical (depending on how the piece is to be machined and heated)
• Fixed anvil with manual adjustment screw or hydraulically operated mobile anvil with proportional retraction control
•  Hydraulically operated pusher with proportional thrust control
• Additional vices for central, restrained or long bar upsetting

Three-phase power supply, with electronic control of the heating current. This electronic control provides considerable energy savings compared to traditional machines.

FTB electric upsetting machines can be supplied set up for manual machining or other solutions, complete with automatic or semi-automatic loading systems and workpiece loading magazine.
