Hydraulically-driven horizontal upsetter.
This hydraulically-driven horizontal upsetter can machine rather large workpieces. In fact, it can machine workpieces with upset diameters of up to 80 mm for bars up to 1.5 metres long!
Built with an inverter (static square-wave or three-phase partial sine-wave converter), its large size makes it particularly suitable for machining valves for ship engines (usually made of inconel) or for manufacturing large bolts for the automotive "earth-moving traction" sector (e.g. "hubs" for truck wheels, lifting gearboxes in cranes) or even for making bridge "linkages."
Like every FTB upsetter, the ER25/OM is supplied with manual, semi-automatic, and automatic operation or complete with loading system.
