Electric upsetter designed with hydraulic movement.
The ER13/OM electric upsetter can be manufactured in both horizontal and vertical arrangement, and is designed with hydraulic movement.
It is capable of making rather large screws, up to 50 mm in diameter, machining upset bars up to 80 cm in length.
In general, this upsetter can machine all medium/large sized parts, such as large bolts or specific parts used in the automotive industry.
It is very good for machining stainless steel and/or alloy steel elements in the field of structural bolting (for example, elements for the construction of bridges, skyscrapers, ships, etc.) or in the so-called "artistic iron" field (for example, to make gates or other structures in wrought iron).
Like every FTB upsetter, the ER13/OM is supplied with manual, semi-automatic, and automatic operation or complete with loading system.
