Electrical upsetter with brushless motor.
This horizontal electrical upsetter is fitted with a brushless motor. This feature allows for much more precise machining of the workpiece due to a more constant motion than that of hydraulically driven machines.
The ER3/OME electrical upsetter is designed to machine small workpieces. For example, it can be used to make small parts for motorbikes or bikes, valves for internal combustion engines, and special screws for the aviation industry. It is also suitable for machining light alloys such as titanium or inconel.
Usually made with an inverter, this upsetter can also be made with SCR units (control systems). This keeps production costs down, making the ER3/OME upsetter the most versatile and cost-effective solution.
Like every FTB upsetter, the ER3/OME is supplied with manual, semi-automatic, and automatic operation or complete with loading system.
