Calibrated gauge moulding system
Calibrated gauge moulding system with manual and motorised register, equipped with hydraulic ejector piston and reaction plate applied to the screw press.
Useful in vertical moulding to calibrate the length of the moulded piece (e.g. engine valves, half shafts, bolts).
This system calibrates the length of the cylindrical part of the moulded piece, ensuring versatility and quick adjustment.
FTB gauge moulding systems are also equipped with a workpiece extractor as standard.
