Hydraulic mould holder
FTB’s mould holder systems have quick change with manual/mechanical or hydraulic clamping.
The mechanical clamping is effective but clearly more time-consuming (manual tightening of screws), while the hydraulic clamping is fully mechanised and therefore faster and more efficient. The mould can be quickly clamped/unclamped by means of a simple button, while having the guarantee of predefined centring and a self-locking system, which is faster and safer (prevents centring and clamping errors).
FTB can customise the mould holders to the customer's moulds, and adapt them to different types and sizes.
