Foundation plates with anti-vibration systems for screw presses
Foundation plates with anti-vibration systems can successfully replace traditional foundations, allowing the forces transmitted to the ground to be reduced without any extra effort to install the screw press.
Advantages
- Quick and easy installation of screw presses. With FTB anti-vibration plates, you no longer need to build foundations to install the screw press: the plates will eliminate vibrations during moulding, simply resting on your industrial floor, thus resulting in a lighter foundation.
- More practical. To move the screw press from one position to another, simply cut the dowels on the ground.
- Elimination of 90% of vibrations transmitted to the ground. The vibrations caused by the stamping of the screw press are practically eliminated. No problem with vibrations transmitted to other machines in the same production area (or nearby!) Vibration isolation is guaranteed.
- Helps extend the life of the screw press. Vibrations caused by torsion during stamping may lead to the failure of the screw press in the long run. Thanks to the anti-vibration plates, the screw press "floats" on the floor, thus being less affected by torsional stress and extending the machine's life.
