Very versatile friction screw press.
This very versatile screw press has a nominal power of 350 tons.
In addition to the steel forging industry, where it is used to produce medium sized bolts for the automotive industry (such as car and truck parts, and engine valves) and in the household goods industry (cutlery), it is also used to machine brass and copper, thus suitable for machining faucets, bathroom accessories or fittings for heating, air, gas irrigation systems.
In cold forging, it is excellent for coining silverware or making "paper lace", which is widely used in the food industry.
Complete bolt production lines are possible through the combination with ER7 or ER13 upsetters and screw press accessories.
