Automatic workpiece loading and unloading systems ensure faster and more consistent productivity.
FTB manufactures linear or rotary loading/unloading systems with grippers and vanes, conveyor belts and temperature control of the workpiece.
This is indispensable for production in series using automatic lines, the loading arms are able to pick up the piece to be moulded with the grippers and position it correctly inside the press mould.
Also useful in conjunction with FTB extractors for unloading the upper and lower mould.
