Pneumatically-operated mould lubricators, with separate air and lubricant control.
FTB lubricators improve efficiency in the application of the release liquid, thanks to an automated process that is much more controlled than a manual one.
The lubricating oil is sprayed onto the upper and lower moulds of the screw press by an automatic system that accurately controls and doses the consumption of the lubricant, using only what is actually needed.
Lubrication of the mould, necessary to reduce its wear over time, also helps to improve the shaping of the workpieces themselves, making the mould smoother and therefore facilitating machining, especially brass parts.
The cooling of the mould, again provided by the liquid spray, also helps in the machining of steel, where the mould reaches very high temperatures and there is a greater need for mould cooling.
